Since our products are perishable, we have a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. However, under specific circumstances outlined below, you may be eligible for a refund.

1. Return Policy

We do not accept any returns on our products once they have been delivered.

Due to the nature of homemade food items, returns are not feasible as they compromise the quality, safety, and hygiene of the product.

Therefore, once a product is delivered, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable under normal conditions such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Delay caused by recipient unavailability

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only under the following condition:

  • If the customer has not received the product within the specified delivery timeline of 6-8 business days after the dispatch confirmation.

In such cases:

  • The customer must contact us within 2 days after the delivery deadline has passed.
  • The claim will be verified with our shipping partner.

The refund process will be initiated within 3-4 working days of approval.

Please note that the actual credit of the refunded amount to your bank or payment method may take additional time depending on your bank's processing time.

Please be aware that no refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

  • If the product is successfully delivered to the provided address.
  • If the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • If the customer failed to contact us within 2 days post-delivery deadline.
  • If the customer requests a refund for reasons related to taste, preference, or change of mind.
